What service do we provide?

We currently offer a few services for both dogs and other pets. Priding ourselves on giving your dog and/or pet the very best of care.

Why is a Meet and Greet required before we offer your pet a service?

The meet and greet allows me to meet you and your pets.

This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions, discuss your answers to our dog/pet questionnaire and make sure that our service is the right service for you.

Is Lead the Pack insured?

Yes. we are insured through PetPlan Sanctuary. This includes Public liability insurance and business insurance. I have also been DBS checked for added peace of mind.

How is my dog transported?

Within our van in securely fitted reinforced steel dog cages so you can rest assured your dog will be safe.

How are house keys handled?

We will require a spare set of house keys. If you live in a gated community, we will require gate fobs/cards or access codes. Keys will be marked with your pets name only and there will be no paper records to link your keys to your home. Due to security reasons, no keys can be mailed or hidden in outside spaces.

Do you offer a service during school holidays?

Yes we do.

Do dogs have to attend walks on the same days each week?

Your dog will have a reserved space each week on day/s and walk times that you agree on. However, this is not set in stone and we may be able to offer alternative days/times depending on our diary. To add extra days, please get in contact about availability.

 

Do you take unneutered dogs?

We do accept unneutered (intact) male dogs for individual walks or with dogs from the same household, but not on pack walks, to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
